Begin your day with your daily hotel buffet breakfast, featuring a large selection of Asian and Western cuisine. After breakfast you will embark on a Shanghai city tour. You will discover the largest financial and commercial centre, visit the Shanghai Nanjing walking district and explore the Shanghai Museum to learn more of the local culture and history. Visit the Bund by the Huangpu River and experience the city where the old meets the new. Then the Jin Mao Building which symbolizes Shanghai coming into the 21st century. It is the tallest building in the country and third tallest in the world (420.5m). Next you will visit the Shanghai Museum and People Square.
Enjoy an optional Huangpu River Cruise. You will cruise along the Huangpu River, past many of Shanghai’s famous sites such as the People’s Hero Monuments, the Bund, the Oriental Pearl Tower, the bustling International Passenger Station of Shanghai Harbour, the docks, the Wu Song ancient gun fort relics and the impressive skyline of the Pu Dong business district.

Shanghai - Ancient Water Town
Depart for an ancient town day tour, which locates in west of Shanghai. The ancient water town has a history of more than one thousand years. There are over hundreds of gardens established in Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty, temples and former residence of eminent souls. Fifteen rivers divide the town into seven island and 49 sets of historic bridges connecting the town as a whole.

The Oriental Pearl Tower: TV tower in Shanghai, China. The Oriental Pearl Tower is located at the tip of Lujiazui in the Pudong district, by the side of Huangpu River, opposite The Bund of Shanghai.
The Bund: Located along the Huangpu River, the Bund shows off Shanghai’s outstanding foreign buildings, most of which were erected before 1937. To the Europeans, the Bund was Shanghai’s answer to Wall Street. In the 1930s, the string of buildings hosted the city's financial and commercial centres, and the world's greatest banks and trading empires established a base here.
Jin Mao Tower: The Jin Mao Tower is an 88-story landmark skyscraper in the Lujiazui area of the Pudong district of Shanghai. It contains offices and the Shanghai Grand Hyatt hotel. Until 2007 it was the tallest building in the PRC, the fifth tallest in the world by roof height and the seventh tallest by pinnacle height. Along with the Oriental Pearl Tower, it is part of the Pudong skyline.
Shanghai Museum: The museum was founded in 1952 and was first open to the public in the former Shanghai Racecourse club house, now at 325 West Nanjing Road. It is 29.5 meters high with five floors, covering a total area of 39,200 m². Designed by local architect Xing Tonghe, the new museum building is designed in the shape of an ancient bronze cooking vessel called a ding.
